Owner-Assist Training

We offer assistance to owners who want to do the training of their horses themselves, but would like guidance with how to teach specific skills, how to progress in skills, or what do do when what you are doing doesn't seem to be working.

Full-Service Training

Owner-Assist Training

We offer training for young or untrained horses on a case-by-case basis. Horses will board at the Rockin' Y stable (if space is available) and the board expenses will be in addition to the training fees. Horses will be given a minimum of 25 hours a month . with a detailed training plan and journal including pictures, videos and weekly updates via email.

Equine Training Rates

Equine training , learning new skills, becoming safe under saddle, and improving fitness.

Owner-Assist Training - 1 hour session

We will meet you and your horse at your location and develop with you a training plan, teach you to do the work with your horse and help you address challenges to training your horse yourself.

Full-service Training - Board cost not included.

On a case-by-case basis if space is available., full-service training includes at least 25 hours/month, minimum of 1 month, with comprehensive training plan, journal, and weekly updates with pictures and videos.

Full-service board at Rockin' Y Stables is $350/month. (Includes grass hay, 2x daily feeding, stall cleaning, and use of all arenas when not otherwise rented.)
