Sexual Assault Survivors Group

Independent Living Skills Group

Independent Living Skills Group

This group has not yet started, but is planned summer 2022.  It will be a closed group that offers support, trauma-focused CBT, and community in response to sexual assault trauma.  Unfortunately, there are many young people in this area who have been the victim of these types of crimes, and this group will be open to young people from any counseling agency in the area, as long as their clinician requests the service in the treatment plan.  Please contact us for more information.

UPCOMING - Spring Break 2022 Day Groups 3/28-4/1/2022

If you have an idea for a group you would like to see offered, please come talk to us!  These groups came as a result of client requests and demonstrated needs, and we are happy to consider other groups that may be appropriate for our clients.  There are already some group ideas for meeting at area schools during lunch,  a Dungeons and Dragons group, etc.

GENERAL GROUP INFORMATION

  • Groups are available on a case-by-case basis and must be appropriate for the client's diagnosis and treatment plan.
  • Some groups will be open groups, and weekly attendance is not necessary, but some groups will have a curriculum that will not make sense after absences.
  •  Each group will require a consent and a recommendation on the treatment plan.
  • Some insurances will not pay for Skill Training and Development Groups, and some will need pre-authorization for therapy groups.  Idaho Medicaid pays for both types of group therapy.
  • Please ask your clinician or the office staff for more information and to see if you are eligible to participate in our groups!
  • Clients from other agencies who are interested and appropriate for Kelley Kids Ranch groups should speak with their clinician who can contact the office to see if we can partner together.
