Ready to think about buying your child a horse?
If your child is determined to be a rider, consider a Pony Partnership. This opportunity is available to schreened clients who have demonstrated they have the skill and commitment to be safe and responsible with a horse of their own without the expense of purchasing or maintaining the horse independently.
The program.
Pony partnerships are available for $150 for 10/hour a month riders and $250/month for 20 hour a month riders. All riders are expected to clean their horses stall at least twice a month, use their own helmet, and take care of the horse and tack according to the Kelley Kids Ranch standard.
The process to get started...
Speak with your instructor about a pony partnership. The rider will need to demonstrate skills and have a history of consistent attendance with a teachable, positive attitude. Pony partnerships are subject to the approval of the instructon and may be terminated based on safety issues, training concerns, or attendance issues.
